WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Manage the warehousing, selection and delivery of products to your division’s stores. You’ll oversee the work of Warehouse Operations Supervisors, ensuring everyone works safely and reaches their fullest potential.

NATIONAL MANAGER

Apply operational knowledge to enhance and execute tasks within national departments or national committees. You’ll build on your leadership skills by identifying the root causes of existing business challenges while acting as the link between your team and leadership to understand and prioritize company objectives.

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you’ll enjoy benefits that help set you up for success. During your first two years, you will receive 10 vacation days and seven paid holidays — dependent on your hire date. Your vacation time progresses to 15 days after year two, 20 days at year five and 25 days after 10+ years — that’s five weeks of paid time off.

Learn the ins and outs of working at an ALDI warehouse with our 12-week Warehouse Operations Supervisor training program. By the end of your training, you’ll have the opportunity to put your skills to the test by operating your assigned area of the warehouse independently.

Start your career as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor with a starting salary between $80,000 - $90,000, plus a $5,000 shift premium if applicable. With career growth opportunities, supervisor have the potential to earn between $90,000 - $100,000+ in 3 years**
