Group health coverage.

Your health is our priority. ALDI employees can cover a spouse or domestic partner and children under our group health plans and enjoy competitive rates on health coverage for some serious savings. Generous HRA funding

We contribute money into your Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help offset medical expenses. You can also complete incentives to earn additional HRA dollars.

Comprehensive coverage for prescription medications.

Dental

In-network preventive and diagnostic care covered 100%. The plan also includes orthodontia coverage for children and adults.

Two vision plans

Both offer low copays, and an allowance for new frames, contacts, non-prescription sunglasses and/or blue light filtering glasses.

Your contributions for medical, dental and vision plans are lower because we subsidize more.

ALDI helps with a wide array of resources for parents and parents-to-be. For birthing parents, we offer a program that provides 24/7 information and advice as well as a program to help birthing parents (and their babies) stay healthy.

And, when it’s time to welcome a new member into the family, full-time employees receive up to six weeks of 100% paid parental leave. Additionally, full-time employees can benefit from up to ten days of 100% paid caregiver leave to tend to the serious medical needs of a family member.

Store flexibility

Store management and staff can accrue one week of vacation, with an opportunity to earn two weeks after the second year. Because ALDI is not a 24/7 operation, store employees can spend more time with family. That includes most holidays too — where we either close the stores all day or operate at reduced hours.

Office flexibility

ALDI office roles are the definition of flexibility. When you join the team, you’ll work closely with your direct leader to establish a schedule that helps you succeed in the office and remotely. Our office roles are eligible to participate in the ALDI Hybrid Work Program — that means some roles can work remotely up to three days per week!
