STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO HELP
YOU FIND YOUR NEXT CAREER.
Step 1
Use the career level matching tool below by selecting your current career level. Click “View Your ALDI Career Level Matches” to display job titles at the same level across departments.
Step 2
On an ALDI computer (or AME device) navigate to MyALDI, then MyHR.Step 3
Within MyHR, on the left-hand side under “My Company”, select “View Opportunities”.
Step 4
After confirming you are on the ALDI Internal Job Board, type the job title you are interested in into the search bar and hit enter.
Step 5
If there is a current opening, the role will populate, and you can apply. If no job appears, you will need to sign up for job alerts.
Step 6
To activate a job alert for a role, click the button on the right-hand side of the ALDI Internal Job Board labeled “Activate job alerts for this search”.
Step 7
Set the frequency at which you would like to be alerted.Step 8
Select “Create” to finalize your job alert sign-up.
