This position will train for approximately 4-6 months before transitioning to the Store Manager position at the new store opening at 1054 Highway 19 N, Thomaston, GA.
ALDI will be extending hotel accommodations to its employees while in training. We remain open to candidate’s preferred days off but mandate that they work four through five days per week. This will leave the employee to be at home two to three days a week.
Additionally, ALDI will cover the cost of lunch/dinner or groceries up to a certain amount daily depending on how many nights the employee is away from home while training in Atlanta or the South Georgia market.
