Store Manager Trainee
Average Hours: 50 hours per week.Store Manager Trainee — Your time to lead an ALDI team is finally here. Through our 4–6-month training program, you’ll pick up the responsibilities and opportunities of being an ALDI Store Manager — maximizing sales, controlling expenses, building a team and providing excellent customer service. Store Manager Trainees must be available to work mornings, nights and weekends.

You will collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. It’s a fast-paced job, one where you’ll act as the face of ALDI while building your career. Full-time Store Associates are expected to work 32-38 hours per week. Full-time Store Associates must be available to work mornings, nights and weekends.

You deliver a great customer experience; we’ll take care of the rest. As a part-time Cashier, you’ll be front and center working the register, delivering exceptional service and helping our stores run smoothly. A typical workweek for our part-time Cashiers can range from 10-20 hours. Part-time Cashiers must be available to work nights and weekends.
Stocker
This is more than work — this is working together for our customers. As a part-time Stocker, you’ll support the store by stocking our shelves, keeping the store looking its best and assisting with various store tasks. A typical workweek for our part-time Stockers can range from 10-20 hours. Part-time Stockers must be available to work mornings and weekends.
Store Associate
As a part-time Store Associate, you’ll have many responsibilities — from cashiering to stocking — all while providing excellent customer service. We’ll train you across all areas of our store, from dry groceries, meat, bread/pastry, produce, cooler, freezer and more. You will collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. It’s a fast-paced job, one where you’ll act as the face of ALDI. Step One
If your store is converting to an ALDI, utilize the job-matching tool at the top of this page. This will provide you with the best ALDI-matched role. If you are interested in another ALDI role, beyond your match, you can apply by clicking the positions listed below and to the left of the job-matching tool. If you haven’t been informed that your store is converting, and are interested in applying to an existing ALDI location, click the Learn More button below and to the right of the job-matching tool.
Step Two
Once you’ve read through the job description(s) and are ready to apply, click Apply Now. You’ll then be prompted to create an account and begin your application process. It’s important that you remember the email address used and password you created if you’d like to revisit your application. If it has been announced that your store is converting to an ALDI or you applied to an existing location, you will receive an email, phone call and/or text message updating you on your application status.
Step Three
All current Winn-Dixie or Harveys employees at a store converting to an ALDI who’ve applied to a matched role that is a Lead Store Associate, Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager Trainee role, may be asked to participate in two to three interviews totaling 60-90 mins. Current employees of converting locations who’ve applied to a matched role that is a Full-Time Store Associate, Part-Time Store Associate, Cashier or Stocker, may be asked to participate in one to two interviews totaling 20-30 min. All other Winn-Dixie and Harveys applicants may have a phone interview with an ALDI recruiter or invited to a group interview.
Step Four
If selected for an ALDI role, you will receive a verbal job offer. Once you verbally accept the position, you will receive a contingent job offer letter through email. After receiving the offer letter, you will be asked to complete online pre-employment and onboarding requirements. Details regarding pre-employment onboarding requirements will be outlined in your offer letter.
